Als operator binnen deze bodemas opwerkingsinstallatie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een soepel en veilig lopend productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de installatie goed blijft draaien, controleert het proces en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is. Zie je afwijkingen of kleine storingen, dan los je die zelf op of schakel je de teamleider of technische dienst in bij grotere problemen.

Daarnaast voer je klein en preventief onderhoud uit om stilstand te voorkomen. Je controleert de toevoer, dosering en scheiding van materialen en voert kwaliteits- en procescontroles uit. De resultaten hiervan leg je zorgvuldig vast. Ook denk je mee over hoe het proces beter en efficiënter kan. Je doet verbetervoorstellen en werkt actief mee aan een veilige en nette werkplek. Je meldt bijzonderheden zoals storingen, afwijkingen, schades of onveilige situaties volgens de geldende procedures.

Met jouw praktische instelling en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel draag je elke dag bij aan een veilig, stabiel en kwalitatief goed draaiend productieproces.

- Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting - Ervaring in een productie- of procesomgeving is mooi meegenomen - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een praktische, hands-on instelling - Je werkt veilig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk
