Functieomschrijving: Als operator zorg jij voor een soepel verloop van het productieproces. Je bent de spil bij het maken en verpakken van farmaceutische middelen. Jouw werkdag is erg afwisselend door de verschillende taken die je oppakt.

Je stelt machines in en houdt deze scherp in de gaten. Je zorgt dat de verpakkingslijn altijd goed doorloopt. Tijdens je werk voer je controles uit om de kwaliteit te bewaken. Je schrijft alle stappen netjes op in de logboeken. Zie je een kleine storing? Dan los je deze zelf op. Bij grotere problemen roep je hulp in van de technische collega's. Je denkt ook mee over hoe we het werk nog veiliger of sneller kunnen doen.
