BeerSelect is een craft brouwerij die de volledige service aanbiedt van idee tot glas. In onze brouwerij te Evergem gaan ambacht, innovatie en service hand in hand om voor onze klanten de lekkerste bieren en dranken te produceren.

Om verder uit te groeien tot de meest kwalitatieve groepsbrouwerij van het land zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Operator Bottelarij. Iemand die een onmisbare schakel zal vormen in het perfect afvullen en verpakken van onze bieren en dranken. Iemand die ervoor zorgt dat de machines van onze splinternieuwe en hoogtechnologische afvullijn optimaal draaien en die de eerste interventies kan doen bij problemen. Iemand die het basisonderhoud van de machines kan uitvoeren en ervoor zorgt dat de werkpost kraaknet wordt achtergelaten op het einde van de dag.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je werkt graag in een kleiner bedrijf met een hecht team van collega’s. Samen met hen bouw je mee aan de toekomst van het bedrijf.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en bent praktisch ingesteld. Je zoekt oplossingen voor de problemen die tijdens de dag naar boven komen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en werkt attent om de verschillende machines die deel uit maken van de afvullijn vlekkeloos te laten draaien. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ombouw van je machines naar verschillende types flessen en verpakkingen.
  • Je zoekt variatie in je job. Als jouw werk het toelaat help je met plezier een collega die hulp kan gebruiken.
  • Je draagt kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel en zorgt ervoor dat enkel perfect afgevulde flessen of blikken naar onze klanten vertrekken.
  • Je hebt een gezonde interesse in onze biercultuur en bent trots op de bieren die in onze brouwerij worden gebrouwen.
