Je verplaatst grote betonelementen veilig en nauwkeurig en zorgt dat ieder onderdeel op het juiste moment klaarstaat voor transport. Wil jij zichtbaar bijdragen aan woningbouwprojecten in heel Nederland? - Bedien de bovenloopkraan voor verplaatsing, opslag en belading. - Ontkist betonelementen en controleer plaats, stabiliteit en kwaliteit. - Laad en los vrachtwagens volgens planning en veiligheidsafspraken. - Stem duidelijk af met chauffeurs en collega's en neem waar nodig besluitvaardig de leiding. - Houd het tasveld overzichtelijk, signaleer risico's en pak logistieke verbeteringen met initiatief en doorzettingsvermogen aan. Je werkt resultaatgericht en kwaliteitsgericht: met zorgvuldigheid en accuratesse bewaak je elke hijsbeweging. Je overtuigt anderen rustig van veilige werkwijzen, toont empathie in de samenwerking en zoekt actief naar praktische oplossingen. Functie-eisen Je hebt al ervaring met hijswerk en logistiek en weet hoe belangrijk overzicht, communicatie en veilig handelen zijn. Je plant en organiseert je werkzaamheden zelfstandig, werkt samen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt en blijft betrouwbaar presteren wanneer de planning verandert. - Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een logistieke of productieomgeving. - Aantoonbare ervaring met een bovenloopkraan en een geldig certificaat. - Een geldig hijsbewijs; een heftruckcertificaat is gewenst. - Bereidheid om een heftruckcertificaat of aanvullende opleiding te behalen. - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en een aantoonbare focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit.
