Bij SAS Coffee draait alles om passie voor koffie. Al meer dan 70 jaar produceren ze hoogwaardige private label koffie voor klanten over de hele wereld. Dankzij hun expertise, innovatieve aanpak en compromisloze focus op kwaliteit zorgen ze elke dag opnieuw voor de perfecte koffie-ervaring.

Met meer dan 80 enthousiaste collega's bouwen ze verder aan hun groei. Daarom zoeken we een Operator Branderij die mee wil instaan voor het kloppend hart van de productie.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Operator Branderij ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het brandproces van onze koffiebonen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de koffie volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen wordt gebrand en tijdig beschikbaar is voor de verdere verwerking.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bedient en stuurt het volledige brandproces aan volgens de productieplanning.
  • Je start de installaties op, stelt machines correct in en volgt het proces nauwgezet op.
  • Je grijpt snel en efficiënt in bij storingen of afwijkingen.
  • Je voorziet de maal- en verpakkingsafdelingen van de juiste hoeveelheden gebrande koffie.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en meldt eventuele afwijkingen aan de teamleader.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte reiniging van de brandinstallaties volgens de vooropgestelde procedures.
  • Je werkt mee aan preventief onderhoud en lost kleine technische storingen op.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen op het vlak van rendement, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een vlotte en efficiënte productie.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit techniek en productie.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring als operator binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een reachtruckattest of bent bereid dit te behalen.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een tweeploegenstelsel (vroege/late).
  • Je bent technisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen binnen het productieproces.
