- 38 uur - Sleeuwijk Operator buislasersnijmachine Ben jij technisch ingesteld en vind je het leuk om verantwoordelijk te zijn voor een compleet productieproces? Of ben je juist leergierig en klaar om een vak te leren in een groeiend bedrijf? Bij Adlas Metaalbewerking krijg je de kans om te werken met onze moderne buislasersnijmachine én jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als Operator Buislasersnijmachine ben jij de spil in ons productieproces. Na een inwerkperiode ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces rondom de buislasermachine. Je maakt snijprogramma's op basis van stepfiles, bedient de machine en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel voldoet aan onze hoge kwaliteitsstandaard. Naast het snijwerk ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de logistiek van de orders: je sorteert, verpakt en zorgt dat alles op tijd klaar is voor transport. Maar dat is nog niet alles! In deze veelzijdige rol voer je ook aanvullende bewerkingen uit, zoals flowdrillen en tappen. Je krijgt de vrijheid om zelfstandig je werk te organiseren en de ruimte om mee te groeien met ons bedrijf. In de toekomst kun je je zelfs ontwikkelen richting werkvoorbereiding, bijvoorbeeld door offertes te maken en orders in te voeren. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Ervaring : onze voorkeur gaat uit naar iemand met ervaring in het werken met kantbanken, maar ook gemotiveerde leerlingen zijn van harte welkom om te solliciteren. - Technisch inzicht : je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig. - Leergierigheid : je bent gemotiveerd om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren en je verder te ontwikkelen in je vak.
