Onze klant is een vooruitstrevende West-Vlaamse KMO met een uitgesproken focus op duurzaamheid en kwaliteit. Ter versterking van het team zoeken zij een gedreven operator die mee wil bouwen aan hun verhaal.

Als marktleider in metalen profielen zet dit bedrijf sterk in op interne recyclage: bijna 100% van de gebruikte grondstoffen worden in-house opnieuw omgesmolten. Dankzij deze aanpak combineren ze technische expertise met een minimale ecologische voetafdruk.

Hun klanten bevinden zich in uiteenlopende sectoren, waarbij het bedrijf niet alleen levert, maar ook actief meedenkt over optimalisatie en productontwikkeling. Die klantgerichte benadering maakt hen tot een gewaardeerde partner in elke fase van het productieproces.

Nieuwe medewerkers kunnen rekenen op een intensieve inwerkperiode. Je start aan de inpakmachines, zodat je het materiaal en de werking grondig leert kennen. Van daaruit groei je stapsgewijs door naar andere delen van het productieproces.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je stelt de machines correct in en staat in voor het plooien van metalen materialen
  • Houdt tijdens het werk rekening met materiaalparameters zoals temperatuur, dikte en weerstand
  • Past zelfstandig de juiste instellingen en plooiparameters aan volgens opdracht
  • Voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op de eindproducten om een perfecte afwerking te garanderen
  • Werkt nauwkeurig op basis van technische plannen om materialen tot het gewenste eindresultaat te brengen
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en werkt graag in een productieomgeving waar veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid belangrijk zijn
  • Werken in een 2-ploegensysteem past bij jou, en je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands voor een goede samenwerking en duidelijke veiligheidsinstructies
  • Je bent bereid om te starten op de afdeling inpak, zodat je het materiaal en het productieproces stap voor stap grondig leert kennen
