Over het bedrijf: Wij zijn een dynamisch en onafhankelijk productiebedrijf in de metaalsector, gespecialiseerd in de productie van stalen buizen en profielen. Met een modern machinepark en een sterke focus op maatwerk en kwaliteit, leveren wij producten aan diverse sectoren. Onze productie voldoet aan strikte kwaliteitsnormen en staat bekend om betrouwbaarheid en precisie.

Functieomschrijving: Als Operator Tubemill ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productieproces van stalen buizen. Dit is geen standaard operatorfunctie: je voert technisch uitdagende taken uit en speelt een cruciale rol in de productie. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte werking van de machines, minimaliseert stilstanden en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de producten. Daarnaast optimaliseer je het gebruik van grondstoffen en ondersteun je het team om de productiedoelen te behalen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Instellen en ombouwen van de Tubemill-machine: Je stelt de machine correct in voor verschillende productieruns en voert ombouwwerkzaamheden uit.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren: Je controleert regelmatig of de geproduceerde buizen voldoen aan de gestelde normen.
  • Leiding geven aan een team: Je stuurt een team van 4-5 collega's aan en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Orde, netheid en veiligheid: Je draagt bij aan een veilige en georganiseerde werkplek en neemt initiatieven om de veiligheid te waarborgen.
  • Problemen oplossen: Je analyseert en lost kleine storingen op en denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces.
  • Administratieve taken: Je registreert productiecijfers en stilstanden in het opvolgingssysteem en signaleert indien materialen moeten worden bijbesteld.
  • Rapporteren: Je rapporteert aan de productieverantwoordelijke.
  • Technisch sterk: Je hebt een technische achtergrond, kennis of opleiding en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Nauwkeurig en zelfstandig: Je werkt stipt en kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.
  • Leiderschap: Je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten en motiveert je team.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: Je voert kleine herstellingen uit, toont initiatief en bent stressbestendig en flexibel.
  • Ervaring met de heftruck
  • Ervaring met de rolbrug
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands OF Engels
  • Je hebt ervaring met metaalbewerking of als operator in de metaalsector
