Jij zorgt voor structuur, kennisoverdracht én een soepel productieproces. Jouw taken als operator Je leert nieuwe collega's hoe het er in jouw cluster aan toegaat; Je schrijft heldere werkinstructies en houdt ze actueel; ❓ Je bent het aanspreekpunt bij technische of procesvragen; Je lost kleine storingen op en voert basisonderhoud uit; Je werkt zelf mee aan de lijn en ziet waar dingen beter kunnen. Zo zien je werktijden eruit als operator; - Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst; - Ochtenddienst van 05:45 tot 14:30 uur; - Middagdienst van 14:15 tot 23:00 uur. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Als operator kom je terecht bij een familiebedrijf dat al meer dan 60 jaar creatieve producten maakt. Verf, klei, speelzand, alles wordt hier zelf bedacht en geproduceerd. Het is een internationaal merk met een lokale sfeer: laagdrempelig, gezellig en volop ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Denk aan sportieve pauzes op een SUP, of een spontaan teamuitje Dit bieden wij jou - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €2800,- en €3600,- o.b.v. 40 uur, inclusief ploegentoeslag; - Na één jaar al de mogelijkheid om een vast contract te krijgen; - 25 vakantiedagen; - 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km; - Pensioenopbouw vanaf dag 1; - Alles wat jij nodig hebt om je werk goed uit te voeren; - Mogelijkheid om via Westerduin opleidingen of certificaten te behalen; - De leukste vrijdag middag borrels; - Gratis gebruik van hun sportuitleen (SUP's, kajaks, partytenten en meer).
