Voor een bedrijf in Duffel is Proman Jobs op zoek naar een operator in de gieterij. Als operator ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het laden van de smelt oven met een heftruck, bereid je het gietproces voor en volg je dit nauwkeurig op. Voor deze job ben je fysiek in orde: hier komt zwaar werk bij kijken.

Wij vragen

  • Zware fysieke arbeid verrichten, bijvoorbeeld voor taken als aluminium uit een oven schrapen met een zware stang
  • Tegen warmte kunnen, omdat je een beschermpak aandoet waarin het tot 50C kan worden.
  • Je werkt in een omgeving waar water en aluminium géén goeie match zijn, dus water drinken gebeurt strikt buiten de werkzone
  • Technisch inzicht hebben en nauwkeurig kunnen werken, omdat je technische storingen gaat moeten oplossen
  • Basiskennis hebben van cijfers voor procesmetingen, omdat je hier veel in contact mee gaat komen.
  • Minstens twee jaar ervaring als operator, omdat je in een complexe omgeving gaat werken
  • Flexibel zijn in werkuren omdat je gaat werken in een volcontinu systeem
  • Minimaal secundair onderwijs diploma

Het bedrijf

Je solliciteert voor een producent van gewalste aluminiumproducten, waarvan 75% naar de autosector gaat. Jaarlijks wordt er 200.000 ton aluminium geproduceerd door hun team van ongeveer 1000 werknemers.
