Over het werk In deze functie krijg je de kans om het operatorvak stap voor stap te leren. Je werkt met moderne productiemachines die papieren zakken produceren en bent verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van het productieproces. Aan het begin van je dienst bereid je de productieopdrachten voor en zorg je dat de juiste materialen beschikbaar zijn. Vervolgens stel je de machines in, houd je het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten en controleer je regelmatig de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Tijdens het werk leer je hoe je kleine storingen kunt signaleren en verhelpen, zodat de productie zonder onderbrekingen door kan gaan. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat productiegegevens correct worden verwerkt en draag je samen met je collega's bij aan een veilige, schone en nette werkomgeving. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst waarbij de dagdienst plaatsvindt van maandag 06.55 tot 15.05 uur en dinsdag tot en met vrijdag van 06.45 tot 15.05 uur. De avonddienst is van maandag tot en met donderdag van 14.45 tot 23.05 uur en op vrijdag van 14.45 tot 20.00 uur. De nachtdienst loopt van maandag tot en met donderdag van 22.45 tot 07.05 uur. Omdat de nachtdienst uit vier nachten bestaat, ben je op vrijdagochtend al klaar en heb je altijd een volledig weekend vrij. Dankzij het uitgebreide inwerktraject krijg je alle ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een zelfstandig operator.
