Als operator zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces veilig en efficiënt blijft draaien. Je bedient installaties, houdt belangrijke proceswaarden in de gaten en grijpt in wanneer je een afwijking ontdekt. Dat geeft je veel verantwoordelijkheid én technische afwisseling. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen, instellen en controleren van productiemachines en installaties. - Bewaken van het productieproces en signaleren van afwijkingen. - Snel reageren op technische storingen om stilstand te beperken. - Ombouwen en opnieuw instellen van installaties voor een volgende productieronde. - Controleren of machines en processen veilig functioneren. - Samenwerken met collega's om de productie soepel te laten verlopen. - Meedenken over verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid en efficiëntie. - Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving.
