Als Technisch Operator Kwaliteit speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de machines in jouw zone technisch goed functioneren en dat de kwaliteit van het eindproduct steeds aan de verwachtingen voldoet.

Je voert controles uit, volgt de verschillende procesparameters op en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je werkt nauw samen met de operationeel expert en houdt de administratie correct bij via de bedrijfseigen software.

Ook tijdens reinigingsmomenten steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen. Je helpt actief mee met de reiniging en neemt een coordinerende rol op tegenover de collega's die instaan voor het reinigen.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een productie- of kwaliteitsfunctie. Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een pluspunt
  • Recent afgestudeerde graduaten en bachelors met de juiste technische interesse zijn zeker welkom
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en begrijpt het belang van procesparameters
  • Je wilt werken in een 2 ploegensysteem
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent kwaliteitsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw werkzone
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt graag initiatief
  • Je bent vertrouwd met digitale systemen en hebt een basiskennis van Excel (lezen en invullen)
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt vlot omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en werkt graag samen met collega's
  • Instaan voor de goede technische werking van de machines binnen jouw zone
  • Bewaken en controleren van de productkwaliteit
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en procescontroles
  • Bijsturen van het proces wanneer afwijkingen worden vastgesteld
  • Opvolgen van procesparameters en tijdig ingrijpen waar nodig
  • Nauw samenwerken met de operationeel expert
  • Correct registreren en rapporteren van gegevens via de bedrijfseigen software
  • Actief meewerken tijdens reinigingsactiviteiten
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van collega's tijdens de reiniging
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de goede werking en kwaliteit binnen jouw toegewezen zone
