The posting

Voor een bedrijf in de chemische sector zijn we op zoek naar een Operator.

Jouw voornaamste taken zijn:

- rolmodel zijn voor de prestaties op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu;

- zorgt voor de veiligheid , zowel die van henzelf als die van de mensen om hen heen;

- zorgen voor de kwaliteit in alles wat ze doen aan de hand van controle rondgang en checklijsten;

- al het werk wordt uitgevoerd volgens de procedures of werkinstructies die duidelijk, correct en actueel zijn om de vereiste taken veilig en juist uit te voeren;

- ervoor zorgen dat elk vereist onderhoud voor de installatie en apparatuur wordt geïdentificeerd en gecommuniceerd;

- als een deel van de fabriek niet veilig kan worden bediend, zorg er dan voor dat dit wordt geïdentificeerd en dat dit deel wordt gelabeld of buitengesloten;

- voert controlerondgangen uit en vult de nodige checklijsten in;

- kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren van het productieproces (productiestalen);

- zorgt voor de nodige labo-analyses;

- maakt manuele schakelingen, opent en sluit handventielen en voert kleine werken uit in de productie-installaties;

- start en stopt productieprocessen, alsook bijsturen indien nodig door aanpassing van procesparameters;

- laden en lossen van tankwagens en stukgoed, sporadisch reinigen van tanks.

- ervaring in een chemische omgeving is een pluspunt;

- ervaring als operator is een must;

- zin voor verantwoordelijheid;

- flexibel ingesteld;

- zelfstandig kunnen werken.
