  • Kleine technische storingen? Die los je vlot zelf op, zowel op mechanisch als elektrisch vlak
  • Veiligheid, orde en milieuzorg vormen de rode draad doorheen je werkdag – geen loze woorden, maar dagelijkse praktijk
  • Alles wat je doet, leg je helder vast in logboeken zodat de communicatie met collega’s en opvolging vlot verlopen
  • Meedenken over hoe het beter kan doe je spontaan, verbeterideeën zijn meer dan welkom
  • Bij het laden en lossen van schepen, vrachtwagens of binnenkort ook treinen, spring je flexibel bij waar nodig
  • Een achtergrond in procestechniek, chemie of een verwante richting – via opleiding, ervaring of gewoon een stevige interesse
  • Enige vertrouwdheid met processen zoals stoomsystemen, pompen of densiteit? Dat is zeker een pluspunt, maar geen must
  • Vooral veel goesting om bij te leren en jezelf onder te dompelen in een technisch uitdagende omgeving
