Om ons groeiend team in het Waasland te versterken, zoeken we een gemotiveerde Operator die graag mee wil bouwen aan onze kwalitatieve productieomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt de productielijn correct in en bestuurt deze volgens de geplande productieorders.
  • Je bewaakt alle productieparameters (zoals snelheid en temperatuur) en grijpt tijdig in bij afwijkingen.
  • Je lost storingen van de productielijn op een veilige en correcte manier op en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige registratie.
  • Je voorziet de lijn van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen zodat alles vlot blijft draaien.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de technische dienst bij omstellingen of ombouwwerken.
  • Op het einde van de productiedag zorg je voor een grondige reiniging van de lijn.

Je bent een technisch talent met een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset. Dankzij jouw sterk technisch inzicht weet je snel te schakelen wanneer zich problemen voordoen. Communicatie zit je in het bloed: je communiceert duidelijk en efficiënt met collega’s en andere afdelingen.

Daarnaast:

  • beschik je over een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands
  • werk je graag binnen strikte kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen
  • ben je flexibel in werktijden en bereid om in 2 ploegen en dagploeg te werken
