Barry Callebaut, producent van hoogkwalitatieve cacao- en chocoladeproducten voor zowel bekende internationale klanten als voor ambachtelijke chocoladegebruikers, is op zoek naar operatoren die ervoor zorgen dat we samen wereldwijd chocoladeliefhebbers elke dag gelukkig kunnen maken. Samen met jouw team van een 12-tal collega’s volg je het productieproces van begin tot einde op en rapporteer je aan de production teamleader.

Wat verwachten wij van jou als als operator:

  • Je volgt het productieproces van chocolade van begin tot einde op en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over één of meerdere productielijnen;
  • Jouw doel is om de kwaliteit van onze producten te garanderen door de productieparameters bij te sturen waar nodig;
  • Een technische storing? Je lost het op aan de hand van jouw technische basiskennis of je schakelt, indien nodig, je technische collega’s in;
  • Je begrijpt hoe belangrijk veiligheid en hygiëne zijn, en laat dat elke dag weerspiegelen in je werk;
  • Kunnen zaken beter? Dan willen we dat heel graag van jou horen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je behaalde een technisch A2 diploma of een Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt idealiter reeds een eerste ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving achter de rug, bij voorkeur in een voedingsindustrie;
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, netheid en veiligheid;
  • Je beschikt over een gezonde portie doorzettingsvermogen en je bent leergierig;
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om te werken in 3 ploegen (nacht-laat-vroeg) in een 38-urenweek.
