The posting

Heb je nog geen ervaring als CNC-operator, maar spreekt het werken met machines en metaal je wel aan? Dan hoef je zeker geen expert te zijn om hier te starten.

Je komt terecht in een klein team waar ervaren collega's je de kneepjes van het vak leren. Stap voor stap ontdek je hoe je CNC-machines instelt, hoe je technische plannen leest en hoe je ervoor zorgt dat elk stuk aan de juiste maat en kwaliteit voldoet.

Wat ga je doen? Als CNC-operator leer je het volledige freesproces kennen.

  • Je leert technische plannen lezen en begrijpen.
  • Je leert hoe je een CNC-machine correct instelt.
  • Je stelt samen met je collega's de juiste snijgereedschappen in.
  • Je leert CNC-programma's gebruiken en bijsturen.
  • Je helpt bij het frezen van mechanische onderdelen.
  • Je meet de afgewerkte stukken na.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit.
  • Je leert afwijkingen herkennen en de machine correct bij te sturen.

Je begint met de nodige begeleiding. Naarmate je meer kennis en vertrouwen opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en kan je zelfstandig met je machine aan de slag.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een klein en aangenaam metaalbedrijf met ongeveer 15 medewerkers. Geen grote productiehal waar je de hele dag onder druk staat, maar een rustige werkomgeving waar je de tijd krijgt om het vak onder de knie te krijgen. Je werkt voornamelijk aan seriewerk voor industriële klanten en kan rekenen op collega's met ervaring die je graag verder helpen.

  • Je hebt interesse in techniek, machines en metaalbewerking.
  • Je hebt een opleiding gevolgd binnen de metaal
  • Je kan vlot planlezen
  • Je vindt het belangrijk om kwalitatief werk af te leveren.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
