Voor een internationale topspeler in Oostkamp, gespecialiseerd in de productie van hoogtechnologische precisieonderdelen voor de luchtvaart, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde CNC-frezer. Je komt terecht in een professionele productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en vakmanschap centraal staan.

Als CNC-frezer werk je in een 3-ploegensysteem en draag je dagelijks bij aan de productie van hoogwaardige componenten die wereldwijd worden gebruikt in de luchtvaartsector.

Jouw rol

Als CNC-frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van verschillende CNC-machines waarmee complexe vliegtuigonderdelen worden vervaardigd.

Concreet ga je:

CNC-machines instellen en bedienen volgens de technische specificaties

De verschillende bewerkingsprocessen nauwgezet opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig

Instellingen en parameters controleren om een optimale productie te garanderen

Kleine onderhoudswerken zelfstandig uitvoeren en ondersteunen bij grotere onderhoudswerken

Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en de resultaten correct registreren

Productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens verwerken in het computersysteem

Nauw samenwerken met collega's om een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie te garanderen

Je werkuren

Je werkt in een wisselend 3-ploegenstelsel:

Vroege ploeg: 05:00 – 14:00

Late ploeg: 14:00 – 22:00

Nachtploeg: 22:00 – 05:00

Zo draag je mee bij aan een productieproces dat 24/7 blijft draaien en aan onderdelen waarop de luchtvaartindustrie wereldwijd vertrouwt.

Ben jij dit?

  • Ervaring met CNC in metaal: draaien, frezen, boren, snijden...
  • Goede kennis planlezen
  • Eigen vervoer naar de firma in Oostkamp (geen openbaar vervoer in de buurt)
  • Zeer goed Nederlands OF zeer goed Engels
