In dit moderne slijpcentrum zorg jij ervoor dat snijgereedschap opnieuw presteert zoals het hoort.

Je bedient CNC-gestuurde slijpmachines, controleert kwaliteit en houdt het productieproces vlot draaiende.

Ervaring met slijpen is geen must.

Wat wél telt: nauwkeurigheid, technisch gevoel en zin om bij te leren. Je krijgt een volledige interne opleiding en groeit stap voor stap in je rol.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt voltijds in een nette, goed georganiseerde atelieromgeving.

  • Je sorteert en combineert zaagbladen zodat de slijpplanning efficiënt verloopt.
  • Je stelt CNC-gestuurde slijpmachines in en bedient ze correct.
  • Je controleert slijtage en beoordeelt of her-slijpen mogelijk is.
  • Je bundelt slijpwerk om machines optimaal te benutten.
  • Je voert basis onderhoud uit aan de machines.
  • Je helpt mee om de workflow in het atelier vlot en ordelijk te houden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s waar kwaliteit en precisie centraal staan.

Wie zoeken we echt?

Iemand die precies werkt en graag technisch bezig is.

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en een praktische ingesteldheid.
  • Ervaring met metaalbewerking of slijpmachines is een plus, geen vereiste.
  • Je leert graag bij en kan zelfstandig werken na opleiding.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Een rijbewijs is niet nodig.
