Operator- coördinator inpak

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een productiebedrijf dat actief is op verschillende locaties zoeken wij een operator-coördinator inpak.

Functie omschrijving:

  • Procesbeheer: Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verpakkingsproces van ingevroren frieten tot gepalletiseerd product.
  • Bediening en bijsturing: Eerste lijnshulp bij storingen en technische bijsturing van de lijn.
  • Planning & coördinatie: Bewaken en bijsturen van de inpakplanning samen met de teamleader.
  • Netheid en hygiëne: Zorgen voor een nette, georganiseerde werkomgeving en coördineren van reinigingstaken.
  • Materiaalbeheer: Tijdig aanvragen en beschikbaar stellen van verpakkingsmaterialen.
  • Probleemoplossing: Signaleren en oplossen van procesproblemen om continuïteit te waarborgen.
  • Administratie: Rapporteren van incidenten en documenteren van procesinformatie.
  • Verpakkingstesten: Ondersteunen en uitvoeren van tests voor verpakkingsprocessen.
  • Kennisdeling: Bijdragen aan instructies, leermaterialen en kennisoverdracht binnen het team.
  • Begeleiding van medewerkers: Ondersteunen en coachen van medewerkers om hun kennis te vergroten.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt ervaring als inpakoperator in de voedingssector of in een coördinerende rol.
  • Je hebt technisch en procesmatig inzicht, bent probleemoplossend en neemt initiatief voor procesverbeteringen.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans of Engels en kunt communiceren met anderstalige collega’s.
