The posting

In deze job werk je met betonstukken, coating en machines. Je bereidt producten voor, brengt coating aan en leert stap voor stap het volledige productieproces kennen.Je hoeft dus niet meteen alles te kunnen. Afhankelijk van je ervaring start je met voorbereiding, coating of het bedienen van de installatie. Daarna leer je steeds meer taken aan en groei je door naar een polyvalente functie binnen de afdeling.

Het grootste deel van je werk bestaat uit het voorbereiden en afwerken van betonproducten. Je:

  • Bereidt betonstukken voor door te zandstralen en kaleien.
  • Voert kleine herstellingen aan betonproducten uit.
  • Plakt onderdelen af en brengt folie aan ter voorbereiding van de coating.
  • Verplaatst buizen, putten en andere betonproducten met de heftruck.
  • Controleert de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte producten.
  • Stuurt bij wanneer de afwerking niet aan de verwachtingen voldoet.
  • Brengt epoxycoating machinaal én manueel aan.
  • Bedient na opleiding de coating-installatie.
  • Volgt de parameters van de machine op.
  • Reinigt de installatie na gebruik.
  • Houdt je werkplek ordelijk en netjes.
  • Sorteert en voert afval correct af.

Je werkt dus niet de hele dag aan één machine. Voorbereiden, coaten, controleren en afwerken wisselen elkaar af.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving waar betonproducten worden voorbereid en afgewerkt. Het is een omgeving waar vakkennis belangrijk is, maar waar ook veel aandacht gaat naar de mensen op de werkvloer. Collega's kennen elkaar, helpen elkaar en nemen samen verantwoordelijkheid voor het eindresultaat. Je krijgt de ruimte om je job goed te leren en steeds meer van het proces in handen te nemen. Deze job past bij iemand die graag werkt, ziet wat er moet gebeuren en niet bang is om zijn handen vuil te maken. Je:

  • Hebt ervaring in een bouwomgeving of chemische sector.
  • Hebt ervaring met coating, spuiten of het aanbrengen van chemische producten.
  • Kan omgaan met een werkomgeving waar temperatuur en materialen een rol spelen.
  • Hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een heftruck of een heftruckattest.
