Voor een productieomgeving in de regio Kempen zijn wij op zoek naar een technisch operator Cylinder

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden op de werkvloer

  • Cilinders veilig en correct uit dienst nemen voor verwerking, op een kwalitatieve manier opnieuw in dienst nemen volgens de beschikbare methodes, en zorgen voor correcte registratie in het systeem.
  • Behandelen van binnenkomende productieorders conform de productieplanning.
  • Uitsorteren en inspecteren van cilinders op basis van specificaties en status.
  • Administratief afhandelen van werkorders (WO) en cilinderregistratie in het systeem.
  • Bewaken van de goede werking van installaties en tijdig melden van afwijkingen of storingen.
  • Assisteren bij en uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerken aan machines en installaties.
  • Werken volgens de geldende SHEQ-richtlijnen (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality).
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving en het melden van incidenten of bijna-ongevallen.
  • Correct gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM).
  • Toepassen van het 5S-principe op de werkvloer: Sorteren, Schikken, Schoonmaken, Standaardiseren, Standhouden.
  • Meewerken aan initiatieven rond energieverbruik en afvalreductie.
  • Signaleren van verspillingen en voorstellen doen ter verbetering van de productiviteit.
  • Meewerken aan het verbeteren van productiviteit en kwaliteit via MDI (Managing for Daily Improvement).
  • Actief deelnemen aan teamoverleggen en opvolgen van KPI’s.
  • Bijdragen aan het realiseren van afdelingsdoelstellingen.
  • Samenwerken aan cross-departementale taken en bijdragen aan interdepartementale initiatieven.
  • Bijdragen aan een goede leverbetrouwbaarheid.

Jouw achtergrond en troeven:

  • Sterk technisch inzicht en affiniteit met productieprocessen.
  • Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en veiligheidsgericht.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Bereidheid om kleine technische taken op te nemen.
  • Ervaring met administratieve verwerking is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van SHEQ, 5S en MDI is een troef.
  • Voelt zich comfortabel in een cross-departementale omgeving en werkt graag samen met andere teams.
