Strikt noodzakelijk Operator (33,6 uur werken = 40 uur betaald) We reageren meestal binnen drie dagen Vind jij het leuk om fysiek bezig te zijn en om te werken met machines? Wacht niet langer en ga aan de slag als Operator in de 5 ploegendienst! Dit ga jij doen Als operator zorg jij dat de machines blijven draaien. Zo speur jij storingen op en los je deze gelijk op. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Het bedienen en instellen van machines; - Het controleren van het productieproces; - Je houdt de productieplanning goed in de gaten zodat de boel blijft draaien; - Verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit volgens de HACCP-, GMP- en BRC-regels; - Je lost kleine en grote storingen op en je moet soms (meerdere) machines ombouwen of afstellen. Als operator werk je in vijfploegendienst. Je werkt twee dagen in de ochtend, twee dagen in de middag en twee dagen 's nachts. Na je dienst kun je lekker naar huis en geniet je van vier welverdiende vrije dagen. Dit neem jij mee Heb je geen technisch diploma, of ervaring als productiemedewerker of procesoperator? Met de juiste houding ben je ook welkom. Je wordt door je collega's goed begeleid zodat je straks alles weet over machinebediening. Wat je wel meeneemt: - Je spreekt goed Nederlands of Engels - Je bent niet vies van hard werken; - Als je iets doet, doe je het goed; - Als jou iets opvalt, deel je dat graag zodat we blijven verbeteren. Dit krijg je van ons - Een salaris tot €3300,-, inclusief 25% ploegendiensttoeslag; - Wij bieden je de ruimte om door te groeien (ook in salaris.)) - Je werkt gemiddeld 33,6 uur per week, maar wordt voor 40 uur betaald (oftewel: elke week een extra dag "cadeau") - Je bouwt vakantie uren op over 40 uren per week, dus extra veel vrije dagen! - Een hecht en leuk team van zo'n 7 á 8 personen; - Ruimte om door te groeien.
