Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zorgvuldig voorbereiden en verwerken van grondstoffen, waarbij je nauwkeurig werkt en de machines op de juiste manier instelt en bedient. Door het correct afstellen van installaties en het uitvoeren van controles draag je bij aan een constante en hoge productkwaliteit. Je bewaakt het verloop van het productieproces en houdt alles scherp in de gaten. Wanneer er afwijkingen optreden, onderneem je direct actie om verstoringen te voorkomen. Samen met je collega's zorg je dagelijks voor een efficiënt productieproces en een eindproduct dat voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Functie eisen - Technisch inzicht en basiskennis van productieprocessen; - Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pre; - Heftruckervaring is wenselijk; - Proactieve werkhouding en in staat om snel te schakelen; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Bereidheid om te werken in verschoven dagdiensten (05:00-14:00 uur en 09:00-18:00 uur).
