Betrokken fieldmanagement 4 1 Betrokken fieldmanagement Opleiding- en doorgroeimogelijkheden Astra logo BL In het kort Als Operator op de gietlijn ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige gietproces van heerlijke snoepjes: van het voorbereiden van grondstoffen tot het bewaken van de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Jij zorgt dat het proces vlekkeloos verloopt en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Uitvoeren en registreren van kwaliteitsmetingen in het softwaresysteem (Objective); - Analyseren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen, en het inschakelen van de technische dienst bij grotere defecten; - Zorgdragen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving: je werkt hygiënisch en zorgvuldig met zetmeel en machines; - Controleren van smaak, kleur en textuur van het snoepgoed via visuele en smaaktesten; - Transporteren van grondstoffen en eindproducten met een elektrisch aangedreven kar tussen de gietlijn en de droogkamers.
