Dit bedrijf heeft een no-nonsens mentaliteit en werkt met korte lijntjes waarbij werkplezier hand in hand gaat met productiedoelstellingen behalen. Spreekt dit je al aan? Lees snel verder! Dit ga je doen - Bedienen en instellen van de schuimerij-lijn voor polyether en polyester schuimen volgens vaste recepturen; - Doseren en controleren van grondstoffen en proceswaarden zoals temperatuur, druk en schuimdichtheid; - Uitvoeren en registreren van kwaliteitscontroles op blokken, rollen en platen schuim; - Bedienen van snij- en converteerlijnen en zorgen voor een schone, veilige werkplek; - Oplossen van eenvoudige storingen en meedenken over verbeteringen in het proces; Je bent in het bezit van - Een MBO-opleiding (bij voorkeur procestechniek, operator of een andere technische richting); - Ervaring als operator in een productie- of procesomgeving, bij voorkeur in de (kunststof/foam) industrie; - Affiniteit met werken met chemische stoffen en bereidheid veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt te volgen; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en nauwkeurigheid in het vastleggen van gegevens; - Een betrouwbare, kwaliteitsgerichte werkhouding en plezier in samenwerken in een hecht team; Dit krijg je ervoor terug - Een salaris tussen €3.100 en €3.300 per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Een vaste dagdienstfunctie bij een stabiel en innovatief productiebedrijf in Breda; - Kans op een langdurig dienstverband ...
