Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de optimale werking van onze productielijn. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze producten correct, tijdig en kwalitatief worden afgeleverd. Je houdt het proces nauwlettend in de gaten, stuurt bij waar nodig en werkt samen met een enthousiast team om de productie elke dag vlekkeloos te laten verlopen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je start rond 7u30, afhankelijk van de planning.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de optimale werking van de productielijn.
  • Je controleert, volgt op en stuurt bij op basis van procesparameters.
  • Je rapporteert aan de coach of productieverantwoordelijke.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Fysieke paraatheid is belangrijk, want je draait actief mee aan de lijn.
  • Overuren zijn mogelijk, afhankelijk van de planning.
  • Je beschikt over gezond verstand, maturiteit en levenservaring.
  • Je bent in staat om op termijn collega's te begeleiden en op te leiden.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een initiatierijke en leergierige houding.
  • Ervaring in de voedingssector en een heftruckattest zijn pluspunten.
  • Je hebt coachende kwaliteiten en behoudt steeds het overzicht — dit is meer dan een gewone lijnfunctie.
