Als jij gemotiveerd bent, leren wij je de rest. Jouw werkzaamheden als operator: Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de productie, kwaliteitsbewaking en zorg jij voor een soepele uitvoering. Wij hebben werk voor jou in diverse sectoren, van de foodsector tot aan technische bedrijven. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden, jij… - Stelt machines in en bouwt ze om waar nodig; - Lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op; - Controleert de aanvoer van grondstoffen en materialen; - Signaleert afwijkingen en meldt deze direct; - Jij vult controlelijsten en kwaliteitsformulieren in. Wie ben jij? Ben jij onze nieuwe operator? Wij zoeken iemand die… - De Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal beheerst, in woord en geschrift; - Woonachtig is in Harderwijk of omgeving; - Een gemotiveerde en enthousiaste werkhouding heeft; - Technische affiniteit heeft; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden heeft; - Oog heeft voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Het salaris van een operator: Wat verdien je als een operator? - Bedrag tussen de €2.600,00 en €3.200,00 per maand; - Startsalaris wordt bepaald naar kennis en kunde; - Je salaris wordt wekelijks uitbetaald - elke donderdag. Hier houdt het nog niet op!
