Zij zoeken iemand die hun indrukwekkende machinepark kan bedienen! Een baan voor de lange termijn, waar jij kan bouwen aan je toekomst. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Binnen dit bedrijf wordt je ingewerkt op 1 van de machines die het bedrijf rijk is. Zodra je de basis van deze machine beheerst je door met het leren van allerlei andere machines. Zo leer je intern het gehele proces om uiteindelijk overal inzetbaar te kunnen zijn. Maar hoe gaat dat proces van zo'n baksteen nou precies? Het bedrijf begint het productieproces van een baksteen met het winnen van klei uit de omgeving. Deze klei wordt bewerkt en gemengd om de juiste hoeveelheden te krijgen. Vervolgens wordt het mengsel in vormen geperst om de welbekende baksteenvorm te creëren. Na het vormen drogen de stenen in speciale droogkamers, waardoor ze stevig en stabiel worden. Na het drogen gaan zo door het spuitproces om de kleur te krijgen naar wens van de klant. Daarna worden ze in grote ovens gebakken op extreem hoge temperaturen. Dit proces resulteert in de perfecte baksteen, klaar om te worden gebruikt in allerlei bouwprojecten! Gaaf toch!
