Mademoiselle Desserts Waregem is een industriële bakkerij gevestigd in Waregem. Sinds juli 2023 is de locatie, toen nog bekend onder de naam Galana, onderdeel geworden van de Mademoiselle Desserts groep, een grote naam op de Europese markt. Als vooraanstaande producent van kwalitatieve bakkerijproducten zoals muffins en moelleuxs, produceren wij ook roomijs voor zowel de nationale als internationale markt.

Functie

Als operator deegbereiding sta je in voor de vlotte voorbereiding, de aanmaak en de vrijgave van de bereide recepten en vullingen. Deze bereidingen zijn van cruciaal belang voor het ganse productieproces van onze fabriek. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in een continu systeem met een grote verantwoordelijkheid. Dit alles doe je natuurlijk niet alleen, je krijgt ondersteuning van een shiftleader.

Hiervoor is er tevens een opleiding voorzien van min. 4 tot 6 maanden zodat je zelfstandig:

  • De voorbereidingen kan treffen om het productieproces voor te bereiden.
  • Alle machines kan bedienen.
  • Het productieproces kan opstarten op basis van alle beschikbare info.
  • De verwerking van de grondstoffen kan uitvoeren tot een perfecte receptuur die aan alle parameters voldoet.
  • Zowel de juiste vullingen als decoraties kan aanmaken.
  • Alle kwaliteitscontroles kan uitvoeren voor vrijgave.
  • De reinigingsprocedure volledig kan uitvoeren en afwerken.
  • De eerste interventies kan doen bij storingen samen met uw shiftleader.
