Om succesvol te starten als machineoperator, herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Ervaring of affiniteit: Je hebt reeds ervaring als machineoperator of beschikt over een sterke technische en productiegerichte affiniteit.
  • Attest of ervaring: Je bent in het bezit van een geldig heftruckattest en je hebt aantoonbare en solide ervaring met de heftruck.
  • Talenkennis: Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands en/of Frans, zodat je vlot kunt communiceren met je collega's en teamleaders.
  • Werkregime: Je start in een 4-dagenysteem maar staat ook open om te werken in twee ploegen (vroege en late shift).
  • Werkomgeving: Je bent je ervan bewust dat je in een stoffigere en ruwere productieomgeving terechtkomt en dit schrikt je niet af.
  • Attitude: Je bent een echte teamspeler met een flexibele, gemotiveerde en verantwoordelijke ingesteldheid.
  • Machinebediening: Je stelt de productiemachines correct in, bedient ze nauwkeurig en grijpt in waar nodig om het proces vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Polyvalente rol: Je bent een onmisbare schakel aan de productielijn en voert diverse ondersteunende taken uit bij de productie van bakstenen.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je volgt het volledige productieproces nauwgezet op en voert tussentijdse kwaliteitscontroles uit om de absolute topkwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Logistiek: Dankzij jouw heftruckervaring zorg je voor de tijdige aanvoer van grondstoffen en het correct stockeren van de afgewerkte producten.
  • Orde en veiligheid: Je helpt mee met het eerstelijnsonderhoud van de machines en zorgt te allen tijde voor een propere en veilige werkplek.
