Functieomschrijving: Als operator ben jij de persoon die de machines aanstuurt. Je zorgt dat de productie van tegels en platen soepel verloopt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het eindresultaat van de lijn.

Jij start de machines op en houdt het proces nauwlettend in de gaten. Wanneer de kwaliteit niet goed is, grijp je direct in. Ook help je bij kleine reparaties als er een machine stilstaat. Daarnaast wissel je onderdelen uit om andere producten te maken. Je bent de hele dag actief met het optimaliseren van de productielijn. Zo zorg je voor een constante stroom van mooie producten.

Functievereisten: Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar harde werkers die beschikken over: • In het bezit zijn van (technisch) inzicht in een productieproces. • Een hands-on mentaliteit en affiniteit met techniek. • Enige ervaring met het instellen van machines. • Kennis van de betonproductie industrie is een pré.
