Ben jij nauwkeurig, werk je graag zelfstandig en heb je oog voor kwaliteit en detail? Wil je aan de slag in een moderne productieomgeving waar je kan rekenen op een grondige opleiding en fijne collega's? Dan ben jij misschien de operator die wij zoeken!

Als operator lbanco pers zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces vlot en kwalitatief verloopt. Je stelt de machines correct in, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging.

  • Bedienen van een blanco drukpers met afwerksunit.
  • Machinaal snijden van etiketten en instellen van de correcte kerndiameter.
  • Instellen van het juiste aantal etiketten per rol volgens de productiebon.
  • Controleren van de correcte binnen- of buitenwikkeling van de rollen.
  • Correct invullen van traceerdocumenten en toevoegen van de nodige stalen.
  • Voorzien van elke doos van de juiste etiketten en een voorbeeldetiket.
  • Verpakken van de afgewerkte producten en stapelen van de dozen op pallets.
  • Correct ingeven van de geproduceerde aantallen bij afronding van de productie
  • Je werkt vlot met een computer voor het invoeren en verwerken van productiegegevens.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (PC 130 - 37 uur/week): Maandag t.e.m. donderdag: 05.00 - 13.00 uur en 13.00 - 21.00 uur Vrijdag: 05.00 - 10.00 uur en 10.00 - 15.00 uur
  • Ervaring is geen vereiste. Je krijgt een uitgebreide interne opleiding.
  • Je beschikt over een goed cijfermatig inzicht en controleert aantallen nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan na je opleiding zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en volgt instructies correct op.
  • Je blijft rustig functioneren wanneer deadlines naderen en bent stressbestendig.
