Als operator speel je een belangrijke rol in het productieproces van hoogwaardige cacaopoeders. Je werkt met moderne, grotendeels geautomatiseerde installaties en krijgt de kans om je technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat onze producten voldoen aan de hoge kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen van onze klanten. Wat ga je doen: - Bedienen en bewaken van productie-installaties zoals mengers, sterilisatoren en verpakkingsmachines. - Controleren van proceswaarden (temperatuur, druk, gewicht) en uitvoeren van eenvoudige kwaliteitscontroles. - Oplossen van kleine storingen en uitvoeren van ombouw- en instelwerkzaamheden bij productwissels. - Registreren van productiegegevens en signaleren van afwijkingen in het proces. - Reinigen van machines en de productieomgeving volgens hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Wat we je bieden - Een salaris tussen €3.000 en €3.750 per maand, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring. - Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Een fulltime werkweek van 38 tot 40 uur in een 3-ploegendienst. - De kans om opleidingen en relevante certificaten te behalen om jouw technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. - Een moderne en nieuw ingerichte productielocatie waar je actief kunt bijdragen aan de opstart en optimalisatie van processen. - Een prettige werksfeer binnen een betrokken en praktisch ingesteld team, met uitzicht op een langdurig dienstverband bij goed functioneren.
