Functieomschrijving Als operator ben je elke dag bezig met het productieproces. Je zorgt dat de machines goed staan ingesteld voor de dagelijkse productie. Je bewaakt de lijnen en grijpt in als er iets niet klopt. Ook het ombouwen van de machines hoort bij jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Daarnaast voer je kleine reparaties uit om storingen te voorkomen. Je houdt de voorraad van verpakkingsmateriaal nauwkeurig bij. Alle gegevens over het proces noteer je in het systeem. Je denkt ook actief mee over manieren om het werk nog beter te maken.
