Locatie Capelle aan den IJssel Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Functie-inhoud: - Als Operator Energy Operations ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veilige en optimale operatie van de energie-assets en het bemannen van de 24/7 operator desk - Als Operator Energy Operations beman je zelfstandig de 24/7 operationele desk en coördineer je de dagelijkse operatie; - Monitoren en optimaliseren van prestaties van productie-assets zoals windparken, centrales, opslag en batterijen; - Nomineren van elektriciteits- en gasprogramma's en handelen op intraday markten in samenwerking met traders; - Leveren van troubleshooting support en aansturen van technische supportteams bij storingen; - Onderhouden van contact met netbeheerders, asset managers en overige stakeholders en rapporteren van verbeteringen; - Verantwoordelijk voor procesmonitoring en het instellen en aanpassen van operationele parameters in SCADA/DMS om de continue productie van elektriciteit en flexibiliteitsdiensten te waarborgen, en eerste lijn foutanalyse uitvoeren met escalatie naar technische dienst of shift leader wanneer nodig; Functie-eisen: - MBO of HBO-opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering of een vergelijkbare technische of operationele richting; - Aantoonbare ervaring met 24/7 operatie of ploegendienst en een can-do mentaliteit; - Zelfstandig kunnen werken, proactief handelen en praktische besluitvaardigheid onder operationele druk; - Sterke prioriteringsvaardigheden en het vermogen om structuren neer te zetten; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels en ervaring met schakelen tussen diverse stakeholders; - Affiniteit met energie en IT-gestuurde systemen is een pré; - Motivatie en instelling zijn belangrijker dan jaren ervaring; Wij bieden: - Salaris: €2900 - €4800 per maand; - Vakantiedagen: 25 dagen per jaar; - Ploegentoeslag: ploegendienstvergoeding voor volcontinudiensten; - Groei: opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden binne...
