Wil jij als operator in de regio Oosterhout werken in 3 ploegen en tussen €3.300,- en €3.800,- bruto per maand verdienen? Zoek je een moderne productieomgeving waar je met geautomatiseerde lijnen werkt en in je nachtweek maar 4 nachten draait? Je krijgt hier veel ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen via een uitgebreid intern opleidingstraject, waarbij je stap voor stap meer van het proces leert. Na succesvolle afronding ontvang je bovendien een mooie bruto bonus en groei je door naar een hogere salarisschaal. Je werkt in een stabiele organisatie met duidelijke processen, fijne collega's en volop kansen om verder te groeien.

Functieomschrijving: Als operator zorg je dat het productieproces stabiel blijft draaien en dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne op niveau blijven. Je werkt met moderne installaties, controleert proceswaarden en grijpt in als iets afwijkt. Over het algemeen zijn dit jouw werkzaamheden: • Bedienen en controleren van productielijnen en installaties. • Bewaken van proceswaarden en instellingen tijdens de productie. • Bijsturen van machines wanneer het proces daarom vraagt. • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen en afwijkingen. • Uitvoeren en registreren van kwaliteitscontroles. • Vastleggen van productiegegevens voor kwaliteit en traceerbaarheid. • Uitvoeren van productwissels en ondersteunen bij omstellingen. • Werken volgens vaste veiligheids-, hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften. • Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces.

Functievereisten: Je hoeft nog niet alles te kennen, maar je moet wel ervaring hebben in productie en begrijpen hoe belangrijk techniek, kwaliteit en veiligheid zijn. De rest kun je hier verder leren via het interne opleidingstraject. • Ervaring als operator of in een vergelijkbare productieomgeving. • Technisch inzicht en interesse in machines en processen. • Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken. • Nauwkeurig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. • Bereidheid om het int
