Werk je graag met technische installaties en haal je voldoening uit een vlot draaiend productieproces? Voor een groeiend kunststofverwerkend bedrijf in Limburg zoeken we een blaasfolie extrudeur die mee instaat voor de productie van kwalitatieve kunststoffolies.

Als extrudeur ben jij een onmisbare schakel op de productievloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat de extrusielijnen optimaal draaien en grijpt in waar nodig om een kwalitatief eindproduct af te leveren.

Jouw taken:

  • Opstarten, instellen en bijregelen van extrusiemachines
  • Opvolgen van productieparameters en productieprocessen
  • Aanvullen van grondstoffen en additieven
  • Afwegen, doseren en mengen van producten voor productie
  • Registreren van productiegegevens
  • Controleren van de dikte, kwaliteit en afwerking van de folie
  • Detecteren en oplossen van technische storingen
  • Ombouwen, reinigen en onderhouden van machines
  • Waken over orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer
  • Samenwerken met collega's van productie en andere afdelingen

Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en vakmanschap centraal staan.

Ervaring als extrudeur binnen kunststofverwerking is een pluspunt

Technisch inzicht en interesse in productie-installaties zijn een must

Je bent leergierig en wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen

Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit

Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken

Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid

Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands
