Zin om een indrukwekkend productieproces van dichtbij te leren kennen en zelf aan de knoppen te zitten?

Als operator extrusie in regio Hamme werk je dagelijks met sterk geautomatiseerde installaties die verpakkingsmateriaal produceren voor onder andere voeding, dranken, farmaceutische en medische toepassingen.

Je komt terecht bij een internationale marktleider in verpakkingsoplossingen met ongeveer 70.000 medewerkers in 140 landen. In deze site werken zo’n 185 collega’s samen binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en respect voor mens en milieu centraal staan.

Hier krijg je bovendien niet zomaar een machine toegewezen. Je leert het volledige productieproces kennen en krijgt vanaf je start een intensieve opleiding met begeleiding van een ervaren peter.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen jouw functie stel je de extrusiemachines correct in, volg je het productieproces nauwgezet op en stuur je bij wanneer dat nodig is
  • Daarnaast voer je controles en procedures uit, registreer je productiegegevens in de systemen en bewaak je continu de kwaliteit van het eindproduct
  • Samen met jouw collega’s verpak je afgewerkte producten via volautomatische verpakkingslijnen of, wanneer nodig, manueel
  • Verder speel je een actieve rol in het preventief onderhoud en meld en volg je technische storingen correct op
  • Qua opleiding heb je een technische achtergrond via scholing of werkervaring en toon je oprechte interesse in machines en productieprocessen
  • Technisch beschik je over voldoende inzicht om de technische en chemische aspecten van een productieproces te begrijpen en kan je vlot werken met computers en productiesoftware
  • Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands voldoende goed om veiligheidsvoorschriften, procedures en opleidingen correct te kunnen volgen
