Beeld het je in: je draait mee op de co-extrusieafdeling van een internationaal verpakkingsbedrijf in de ruime regio rond Aalter, waar meerlaagse folies met uiterste precisie worden geproduceerd. Geen routinewerk, maar een proces waarin techniek en controle centraal staan. Hier ben jij als operator een sleutelfiguur in een productieomgeving die 24/7 draait op topniveau!

Werken in een volcontinu systeem (5 ploegen) betekent dat jij meewerkt aan ononderbroken productie – en daarvoor krijg je autonomie, uitdaging en mooie voordelen in de plaats.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij waakt over het volledige co-extrusieproces, van temperatuur- en drukinstellingen tot laagopbouw en nauwkeurige opwikkeling van de folie
  • Je voert visuele en technische kwaliteitscontroles uit, neemt stalen en volgt labotesten nauwgezet op
  • Bij productwissels of omstellingen zorg je voor een vlotte en efficiënte overgang, zonder onnodige stilstand
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte aanvoer van grondstoffen en beheert het afvullen, labelen en stockeren van afgewerkte rollen met de heftruck
  • Je detecteert storingen of afwijkingen, grijpt snel in of schakelt de juiste ondersteuning in om het proces continu en kwaliteitsvol te houden
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring als technisch operator, idealiter in een productieomgeving met continue processen
  • Een technisch of chemisch diploma is een pluspunt, maar jouw praktisch inzicht is minstens zo belangrijk
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een volcontinu systeem (5 ploegen), met vroege, late, nacht- en weekenddiensten, volgens een vast schema
