Wil jij werken bij een modern productiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de productie van flexibele PE-verpakkingen? Deze organisatie produceert op maat gemaakte plastic zakken, folies en hulzen voor zowel de food- als non-foodindustrie. Met ongeveer 50 medewerkers zijn zij een vaste waarde in de sector. Het bedrijf combineert extrusie, lassen en bedrukken, waardoor zij een veelzijdige partner zijn voor hun klanten.

Hier heerst een informele en rechttoe-rechtaan cultuur. Dankzij een gedreven team blijft het bedrijf haar processen en producten continu optimaliseren om aan de vraag van de markt te voldoen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bedient extrusiemachines en zorgt voor een optimaal productieproces door de juiste parameters in te stellen en te bewaken.
  • Je neemt monsters en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om te garanderen dat dikte, breedte en sterkte aan de vereisten voldoen.
  • Je voert klein onderhoud uit en verhelpt storingen snel om productieonderbrekingen te minimaliseren.
  • Je beheert de grondstoffen, zoals PE-korrels, zodat de productie altijd kan doorgaan.
  • Je leeft veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt na en zorgt ervoor dat je werkomgeving veilig blijft.
  • Je documenteert productiegegevens en rapporteert afwijkingen of problemen tijdig aan je leidinggevende.
  • Geen ervaring vereist, maar interesse in techniek en machines is een pluspunt.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands of Engels om vlot te communiceren.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegensysteem.
