Wat ga je doen?

Bedien en bewaak drukmachines voor hoogwaardige bedrukte verpakkingsmaterialen in een 2-ploegensysteem als Operator.

Als Operator Extrusie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van de extrusielijnen voor de productie van kunststof folies. Je bewaakt het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat de folie volgens de juiste specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen wordt geproduceerd. Je combineert technisch inzicht met aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een vlot productieproces.

Je maakt deel uit van de productieafdeling en rapporteert aan de ploegverantwoordelijke of productieverantwoordelijke.

- Instellen, opstarten en bedienen van de extrusielijnen. - Bevoorraden van de machines met de juiste grondstoffen en granulaten. - Opvolgen en bijsturen van productieparameters. - Controleren van de kwaliteit, dikte en afmetingen van de geproduceerde folie. - Oplossen van kleine technische storingen. - Uitvoeren van productwissels en reinigen van de installaties. - Registreren van productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens. - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften

Wie ben jij?

  • Je kan machines zelfstandig instellen en opvolgen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je kan technische problemen herkennen en praktisch oplossen.
  • Je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met collega's binnen productie en techniek.

Opleiding: A2-opleiding als basisopleiding of enkele jaren ervaring als machinebediener. De operator moet het interne opleidingstraject voor operator snijafdeling succesvol doorlopen.

Vakkennis: Ervaring als extrusieoperator, machineoperator of procesoperator is een pluspunt. Technisch inzicht en bereidheid om het productieproces te leren kennen. Ervaring binnen de kunststof- of verpakkingsindustrie is mooi meegenomen. Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en interesse in productieprocessen.

Talenkennis: Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, zodat je technische instructies, veiligheidsvoorschriften en productiegegevens correct kunt begrijpen en toepassen.
