Operator Extrusie Blaasfolie 2-ploegen

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor onze klant in Houthalen zijn wij op zoek naar een Blaasfolie Extrudeur!

Takenpakket:

  • Instellen, opstarten en bedienen van extrusielijnen volgens de vooropgestelde productiespecificaties.
  • Productieprocessen nauwgezet opvolgen en waar nodig parameters aanpassen voor een optimaal resultaat.
  • Toezicht houden op de beschikbare voorraad van grondstoffen en additieven.
  • Grondstoffen aanvullen en additieven voorbereiden door deze correct af te wegen, te doseren en te mengen.
  • Productiegegevens en procesinformatie nauwkeurig registreren.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op de geproduceerde folie, met aandacht voor dikte, afwerking en conformiteit.
  • Technische problemen signaleren en zelfstandig of in overleg oplossen.
  • Machines ombouwen voor nieuwe producties en instaan voor een correcte reiniging.
  • Mee zorgen voor een veilige, ordelijke en nette werkomgeving.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en ondersteuning bieden aan andere afdelingen wanneer nodig.

PROFIEL

  • Ervaring binnen de kunststofverwerking of als extrusie-operator is mooi meegenomen, maar technisch inzicht is essentieel.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om nieuwe vaardigheden aan te leren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bewaakt steeds de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.
  • Zowel zelfstandig werken als functioneren binnen een team vormen voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en neemt graag initiatief op de werkvloer.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en draagt actief bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.
