Als Operator Extrusie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van verschillende machines in de extrusie‑afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat metalen profielen correct worden gevormd, rechtgetrokken en op maat gezaagd. Er is veel variatie doordat collega‑operatoren elkaar regelmatig afwisselen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Instellen en bedienen van diverse machines, waaronder: Persmachine: waar grondstoffen door een matrijs worden vervormd tot profielen.
  • Rekbank: om afgekoelde profielen recht te trekken.
  • Eindzaagmachine: automatische zaagmachine voor het op maat zagen van profielen.
  • Actief meewerken aan een gevarieerd takenpakket door regelmatige taakrotatie.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op afgewerkte profielen.
  • Bewaken van een veilig en efficiënt productieproces.
  • Na opleiding mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar functies zoals reserve‑perser of perser.

Je bent technisch aangelegd en gemotiveerd om binnen een productieomgeving te werken.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Een technische opleiding heeft of een sterke technische affiniteit (opleiding wordt intern voorzien).
  • Correct, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werkt.
  • Stipt is in aanwezigheid en afspraken.
  • Een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid heeft en initiatief toont.
  • Bereid is om te werken in een 3‑ploegensysteem met een gezinsvriendelijke structuur en vrije vrijdagavond/nacht.
