Operator Extrusie in 3 ploegen MANPOWER gaat telkens voluit voor de 'Perfect Match' tussen werkgever en sollicitant! Voor onze gekende klant, een multinationale beursgenoteerde groep, in de sector van kunststofverpakkingen, zijn wij op zoek naar een OPERATOR in 3 ploegen.

Jobomschrijving

Als operator blaasfolie-extrusie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlotte verloop van het volledige productieproces. Je monitort het proces zorgvuldig, stuurt bij waar nodig en grijpt in om een efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie te waarborgen.

Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het instellen en monitoren van de extrusie-machines;
  • Het uitvoeren van controles en het naleven van procedures;
  • Het registreren van gegevens uit de productiesystemen;
  • Het verpakken van afgewerkte producten, zowel via de volautomatische verpakkingslijnen als manueel;
  • Samen met je collega's draag je zorg voor het preventief onderhoud van de machines en speel je een actieve rol in het opvolgen hiervan;
  • Het melden en opvolgen van technische storingen behoort eveneens tot je takenpakket;
  • Als belangrijke schakel in het team en het productieproces draag je bij aan de veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie op de werkvloer.

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand met een proactieve instelling en een sterke interesse in techniek, of dit nu door opleiding of ervaring is. Je hebt inzicht in de technische en chemische aspecten van een productieproces en kunt vlot overweg met computers en software. Daarnaast beschik je over een goede fysieke gezondheid en heb je geen hoogtevrees. Met je leergierige en gedreven houding ben jij de perfecte aanvulling voor ons team.
