Operator extrusie | Roeselare | Volcontinu

Onze klant gelegen in Roeselare is Europese marktleider op het gebied van de productie van industriële polyethyleen oplossingen zoekt ter uitbreiding van hun team naar verschillende operatoren in een volcontinu systeem met affiniteit techniek of extrusie.

Samen met jouw collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van de productie van de site.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Het opstarten, bijsturen en opvolgen van het productieproces volgens vooropgestelde parameters
  • Je bedient en controleert de machines en zorgt voor de goede voortgang van het productieproces.
  • Je houdt daarbij de kwaliteit van het product in de gaten en voert de kwaliteitscontroles uit. Je stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je rapporteert over het verloop van de productie.
  • Afgewerkte producten verpakken en labelen. Wisselen van rollen met behulp van ergonomische apparatuur.
  • Bij alles wat je doet komt veiligheid voor jezelf en je collega's eerst.

Welke skills zijn noodzakelijk voor deze functie als operator extrusie?

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in de productie en we verwachten een stevige dosis leergierigheid en sterke interesse voor techniek of productieprocessen.
  • Ervaring met processen en/of chemie als operator is een pluspunt
  • Een goede fysieke gezondheid, zonder hoogtevrees
  • Je past in ons team als graag je tanden zet in problemen, je houdt van afwisseling tussen rustige en piekmomenten, je voor je collega's door het vuur gaat, ...
  • Je bent bereid te werken in volcontinu systeem:
  • 7 dagen vroege ploeg (zaterdagvoormiddag tem vrijdagvoormiddag - 2 dagen rust
  • 7 dagen nacht (maandagnacht tem zondagnacht) - 3 dagen rust
  • 7 dagen late ploeg (donderdagnamiddag tem woensdagnamiddag) - 2 dagen rust
