Dat klinkt natuurlijk wel erg afgezaagd, als operator heb je veel meer taken die er voor zorgen dat het proces goed verloopt. Als je ervaring hebt als operator dan zal je hier al bekend mee zijn, maar als je hier nog niks van af weet en het vak graag wilt leren is het wel zo fijn als je weet wat er bij een functie als operator komt kijken. De taken die je als operator gaan uitvoeren zijn onder andere: - De machine juist in stellen om een nieuw product te produceren - Storingen die zich voor doen in het proces oplossen, lukt dit niet dan heb je de hulp van de technische dienst achter de hand - Een klant verwacht een kwalitatief goed product. Jij controleert of het product voldoet aan de eisen - Om het proces zo efficiënt mogelijk te gebruiken is er altijd ruimte voor nieuwe ideeën Je gaat aan de slag als operator maar we hebben je nog niet verteld waar. Hieronder lees je een kort stukje over wat het bedrijf doet en wat de sfeer binnen het team is waar je terecht komt. Jouw nieuwe werkplek In Zennewijnen wat dichtbij Tiel ligt vind je een bedrijf wat keramische stenen produceert. Het ligt aan het water wat natuurlijk een mooi uitzicht oplevert maar de belangrijkste functie hiervan is het aanvoeren van het klei waar de stenen mee worden gemaakt. De stenen worden door een geheel geautomatiseerd proces geperst, gebakken en gedroogd. Dit wordt aangestuurd door machines waar jij de leiding over hebt als operator. Je kunt natuurlijk niet alle machines zelf in de gaten houden, daarom werk je in een team samen met 6 andere operators. Het is een gezellig team waar ze de klus graag met zijn alle klaren, saamhorigheid staat voor op en dat doen ze met als motto: "Ben je goed voor de mens, dan is de mens...
