Als Operator zorg jij ervoor dat de geautomatiseerde productielijnen soepel draaien en dat producten voldoen aan de geldende kwaliteitsnormen. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de productie efficiënt verloopt. Heb je technisch inzicht en denk je graag mee over verbeteringen? Dan is dit een mooie kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van de productielijn. Je houdt het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen en bewaken van machines en productielijnen. - Instellen en bijstellen van machines voor een optimaal productieproces. - Controleren van de productkwaliteit en signaleren van afwijkingen. - Oplossen van kleine storingen en inschakelen van de technische dienst bij complexere problemen. - Registreren van productiegegevens en bijzonderheden. - Zorgen voor voldoende aanvoer van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen. - Uitvoeren van schoonmaak- en eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden. - Meedenken over verbeteringen en een efficiënter productieproces. - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst met de volgende werktijden: 06:00-14:30 uur en 14:30-23:00 uur.
