Jij komt te werken op de productielocatie in omgeving van Dinteloord. Op deze locatie werkt men met 90 man aan de productie van chemicaliën. Een leuk en informeel bedrijf waarbij gezelligheid een belangrijke factor is. Natuurlijk wordt er hard gewerkt maar plezier vinden zij net zo belangrijk. Dit is ook te merken aan het weinige personeelsverloop. Door de sterke groei zijn zij zoekende naar vaste versterkingen voor in de toekomst. Hiervoor stellen zij een groot aanbod ter beschikking aan opleidingen en cursussen. Functieomschrijving Als productieoperator kom jij te werken in een klein team waar jullie samen verantwoordelijk zijn voor het veilig en kwalitatief produceren van bijvoorbeeld schoonmaakproducten of andere chemicaliën die bijvoorbeeld nodig zijn bij het bewerken van metaal. Tijdens het inwerktraject ga jij al snel zelfstandig producten maken om uiteindelijk door te kunnen groeien naar senior operator. Ook worden er binnen deze organisatie volop opleidingsmogelijkheden aangeboden om hier een handje bij te helpen. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit de volgende afwisselende werkzaamheden: - Het afvullen van producten in emballage en het etiketteren; - Het instellen en bijstellen van machines en installaties op de afvul automaten; - Nemen van monsters van de te produceren producten; - Reinigen van installaties en schoonhouden van de werkomgeving; - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de organisatie; - Vervoeren van goederen/producten met een vorkheftruck. Je komt te werken in een 2 ploegendienst van (06:00 - 15:00), (14:30 - 23:30). Functie-eisen Wat vragen wij voor deze functie? - Je bent zoekende naar een vaste baan als operator; - Bereid om in de 2 ploegen te werken; - Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken; - Je beschikt over een aanpakkersmentaliteit; - Bij voorkeur woonachtig in omgeving van Breda / Roosendaal / Moerdijk / Bergen op Zoom.
